The Air Jordan 5 gets one of its most unique looks ever with this version from the 2013 Nithtke Doernbecher Freestyle Collection. The design was started by patient Isaac Arzate who was a patient at the hospital following a cardiac arrest, and was actually finished by his family after he suffered a second and fatal heart attack.
